Rebel Marine Armor Backpack

Will the Rebel Marine Armor Backpack be implemented in the game? Back in live it was there, but a relic of pre-nge.
Perhaps add it it as a crafting schematic in the rebel vendors? no stats needed.

I always liked this back-pack.
