Server Reset - 4/9/2016
Hello Legends,
The server will be going down for a reset in 15 minutes (10:50 PM, EST, 7:50 PM PST). This is to correct an issue in which players have been unable to enter instances.

Your harvesters are turned off
You, yes you! I'm talking to all of you! You may want to save your efforts (and your credits from moving harvesters) until they fix this loading issue since your harvesters are not going to pick anything up with the zone crashes turning them off. I've had to turn mine on several times today and they have next to no resources collected each time.

If you fall through the Ryatt Trail this is how you get out!
Since ROTW released people have been falling through the Ryatt Trail. Many people dont know how to get out and submit tickets for support
and this could take quite a while for support to see depending on how the ticket was filed.
The easiest way to get back up is to use your overhead map and follow the direction of the path you were going until you
come to a wall, you then run up the wall and you should get back up top again without an issue.
I am attaching a video i found that shows someone doing this all over the Ryatt Trail so you can see how it is done.

I thought I remember reading a post from a dev saying that Tansarii Point station was up and running and new toons would start there but when I created a new toon yesterday I started in Mos Eisley. Just wondering what is going on.

The server was brought down for a full reset today at 4:50 PM EST. We were unable to give proper notification before hand as the server had to be taken down quickly. The reason for the reset is that planets were not recovering correctly. I'll update this thread and the server announcement thread once we're back online.
Update: Server is back online.
