Anybody else lagging in space?

Tonight is the very first time I have ever experienced lag in space. It is actually unplayable in the Kash and Orion systems. Just curious if it is me only with the issue. It almost felt like playing in the old modem days and someone was pulling the modem over and over again. Heavy rubberbanding. My internet connection seems fine otherwise. Didn't notice any issues on the ground.

Resource Spawns

I know this belongs in a trader sub-forum, but there's 4 of them so I decided to place it here. I have a few questions about resource spawning, and want to determine if making spreadsheets of the resources is worth it.

The questions are as follows:

1. How often do resources shift/disappear?
2. When resources shift/disappear, do they all shift/disappear, or just a handful?
3. What determines if a resource is lacking a particular trait? What category do the traits begin to differ? (For example, The difference between the type of Copper, the type of Ferrous Metal, the type of Metal, or the type of Mineral)
