Fix fragments of the past III

I've been trying to complete "Fragments of the past part III" for the past week and I've posted this on mantis as well but nothing been done yet

I'm able to do parts I and II without issue, I go to the Old Research Facility and follow the steps listed on http://swg.wikia.com/wiki/Fragments%20of%20the%20Past

I make my way down to the bottom floor and to the Photon Fusion Welder

The very first time I tried this I was able to put in the Crystal parts and start the process but it wouldn't let me retrieve the crystal

I have since tried to delete the quest and redo it 3 times and now it won't even let me start the fusion process

Ideas??

Luck needed to make +35's

How much luck is needed to make +35's using the re - enhancing modules. I am trying with 400 luck and enhancers with +80 and I have difficulty getting over 26.

Good Day community of legends. I am proud to announce we are officially recruiting new members. We want to give any Legends player who is looking for a guild a chance to come play with us, boost up the PvP scene and increase activity. We have many things to offer including:

- PvP w/ training
- Heroics or anything PVE related.
- Help obtaining items, weapons/armor/pups/35's/heroic loot. *the word is help, you will get back as much as you put in, we are on a pay it forward system, as long as you help others, we will help you*
- a lvl 5 city right behind the Imperial Base on Rori Restuss with a Fully Functional Buff House.
- a ventrillo server for communications
- access to the guild traders

Some things we require from you!

- Never be Disrespectful, Respect the Community and Respect RPD
- You must have ventrillo to communicate with us
- You must try and stay active *we know Real Life hits us hard sometimes but give us a heads up if that is the case*
- You must be an Imperial!!
- You must be 18 or older to join.

- Reply here with the following:
- In game Names
- Professions
- Timezone * to determine when you will be most active *
- Previous Server/Guilds * from Live to Legends *
- Reasons why you wish to join RPD. *examples: pvp, new to the server in need of a guild*

Have the steps to successfully install the game changed? I know at least two folks who have not been able to install, both of which have put it on hold for the time being.
Is there a link I can direct them to which will simplify this process, especially with our new handy Launcher?
Does the Launcher improve the overall ease of install?

Any idea if these will be implemented? You know this...

They were the best thing to do in space at the time for gcw. And had their own token vendor for special items.

Real pilots who played at the end of live know what I'm talking about.

Oh and what about atmospheric flight? Yea, it was implemented at the end. You could take off from ground, fly across planet in 2 mins or just fly out into space. Kinda spammy with 10 ships hovering over Restrus, but still fun.

Question on Chronicle Master Housing Sign

Hey folks,

I had a quick question about the Chronicler's Housing signs that they get from leveling up. I recently got my first sign and am unsure how to use it?

It's in my inventory and when I radial it there is a "Use" command. In order for me to use this item do I have to "Use" it, and is it a one time use? Or will I be able to use it on other buildings if I change homes?

I hope this isn't too noobie of a question, but I never played Chronicler on live - just bought them from time to time.

The monthly donations seem to be easily taken care of.

Now that the project is fully stable, it seems all we need to do is grow the population.


So advertising the server would be the next step.


I will try to push the server over Facebook but im not sure of the "rules regarding advertising" from a legal perspective.

Who is the best person to speak to about that. ( deslo or wildcard?? )

And I urge everyone else who wants to see the server grow to find ways to advertise and get old players back who probably don't even know about Legends. Most of my IRL friends never played SWG and the 2 that did left after CU and wont come back.

So FB to me seems the best way to let all the old players know about theis very cool project.

Action Costs

So, I decided to level up a Bounty Hunter. Yay! Unfortunately, the Action costs of every single ability is incredibly high. I'm always out of action, even when I'm using abilities sparingly. I figured, "Oh, I just need Med and Ent buffs to take care of this. No problem!" But, nope. That's entirely NOT the case. I don't have access to pups or attachments, nor should it be a requirement to use them when I'm leveling.

Now, I know that game balance goes out the window when messing with action costs at end game, but can we get action costs for lower leveled abilities looked at? This is not fun at all, and it should be fun. I'm a freakin' BOUNTY HUNTER! That should mean "bad-ass" not "outta-gas". Maybe the new BH Senator could inquire about the action costs. It'll be too late for me (since I'm just going to AFK grind my way to 90 because of the insane action costs) but future Hunters could reap the benefits.

Thoughts? Am I just being a baby? Let me know if I am, because in my mind, this is just not fun at all.
